Administrative Executive

Job Function : Administration Specialization : Administration Industry : Real Estate Qualification : Post Graduation- MBA/PGDM (Other Management)
School & Graduation - Any Graduate Experience : 3 -5 Level : Middle - Manager, Assistant Manager

The candidate should be MBA and have 3 to 5 years administrative experience with proven mastery of office applications and an interest level in interacting with all levels and departments within the company. Dynamic, take charge executive assistants to suppour the company directors of the head office. The ideal candidate would play a central role in keeping the business operations / activities organized, a track and moving forward.

Office Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION : · Office Administration, Answering Phones, Managing Office Duties
· Coordination of meetings including preparation of agendas, taking minutes, and following up actions required
· Preparation of correspondence, reports, and memos
· Answering phones and attending clients/outsiders and candidates.
· Database management
· Filing and general administration as required
· Maintain stationery and other supplies for office
· Assisting Accounts Department
· Maintaining vouchers, bills
· Working with accounting software
· Make sure that the workplace is clean
· Any other duties as directed by Management
