Candidate would be required to source candidates from databases, references, campuses & other sources for company clients -- mainly Sales & Marketing . Should be motivated and able to work independently. To Assist in Recruitment Ads,Screning CVs/Candidates,araanging interviews with Clients ,new Client relationship,Business Development Activities.She shoud hv good knowledge of Naukri search engine
Preferably BBA/MBA/MCA Fresher/6months Experience in any employment Firm with good knowledge of computer applications. Graduates with high level of motivation & excellent English. Experience, specially in a Recruitment , counseling or telecalling profile or an MBA is an advantage.
